i’m always really skeptical of trying new face washes but I do love this brand and I’ve been using their lotions forever. This is definitely become a favorite for me, I do wear a little bit of makeup, but I haven’t tested if the wash itself takes off all the makeup I use their micellar water and then I use the cleanser and that works great!! even with that double cleanse as long as I’m using that lotion, my skin is not dry at all. I have noticed my makeup goes on smoother and I’m hydrated through these winter months. the gel texture is different, but it feels nice on the skin for me It doesn’t feel like you have to keep washing to get it off. A little goes a long way and I wouldn’t really say there is a scent to it but it’s just a very clean smell
